Review, re-design, and document pricing related processes to be more efficient

Deploy and implement pricing tools to digitize the sales and pricing process

Be the bridge between the BA and corporate level pricing priorities and translate those into real actions in the high growth regions

Work jointly with the HGR president to execute pricing strategies and actions in the HGRs
Identify and analyze price data from a variety of ERP systems using best practices, standard methodologies, and tools

YOU MUST HAVE:

Demonstrated leadership skills and process orientation

Experience managing stakeholders across regions, in environment where building consensus is challenging

8+ years of experience in pricing, finance, product/offering management, and/or business strategy

3+ years of experience successfully leading teams

2+ years of experience of successful cross functional project management

Results focused with successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution

Pricing management tool experience on SAP, Pricing + Revenue Optimization Software (PROS), Deal Desk, Tableau based tools

Proactive in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them

Strong self-starter who is able to manage tasks with little guidance

Demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organizations

Ability to convey information with clarity and directness
