Review, re-design, and document pricing related processes to be more efficient

YOU MUST HAVE:
Demonstrated leadership skills and process orientation
Experience managing stakeholders across regions, in environment where building consensus is challenging
8+ years of experience in pricing, finance, product/offering management, and/or business strategy
3+ years of experience successfully leading teams
2+ years of experience of successful cross functional project management
WE VALUE:
MBA or post graduate degree
Results focused with successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution
Pricing management tool experience on SAP, Pricing + Revenue Optimization Software (PROS), Deal Desk, Tableau based tools
Proactive in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them
Strong self-starter who is able to manage tasks with little guidance
Demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organizations
Ability to convey information with clarity and directness
