Qualifications
- Proficiency in data processing architecture/techniques
- People management and delivery experience (14+ years experience)
- Expertise with anomaly detection using AIOps (AI for Operations)
- Experience with MLOps is desirable
- Good understanding of Observability
- Experience with underlying technologies and frameworks involvingone or more of streaming (Flink, Spark), data science, AI/ML, MLOps,GenAI etc.
- Strong mentoring skills. Able to influence and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work with global teams across time zones
- Excellent communication skills. Communicates succinctly to all levels ofemployees, customers and management (including executives)
- “Self-starter” attitude and the ability to make decisions independently
