Payroll Coordinator
About the Role
The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for providing Data Entry support for all Rapid7 payrolls globally. To be successful in this role you will need to ensure payroll inputs align with the outputs, while adhering to the approved payroll deadlines and assigned pay dates. In addition, you will act as a Team Player and be able to support your team members as needed.
In this role, you will:
Support Payroll Analysts globally with Data Entry for all payrolls.
Support Payroll Analysts globally as needed with various tasks; review of US State Tax Forms, P45s/Starter Checklists, collecting New Hire supplemental information.
Prioritize payroll inputs according to the approved payroll calendars and deadlines to ensure compliance.
Support the US and Israel Time Card process.
Assist with responding to internal customers’ inquiries within the assigned SLAs.
The skills you’ll bring include:
Entry level payroll experience, some exposure to a payroll environment would be helpful.
Winning attitude with an eagerness to continue learning.
Entry level Excel experience, Google Suite is a plus.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to multitask and eagerness to enhance your time management skills.
Solid oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus.
