Build and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture to ensure scalability, enable dashboards for Business Users and analytics.
Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics.
Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.
Working knowledge of Tableau administrator/architecture.
Advanced Tableau development skills required.
A solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization
Design and manage the production of periodic and ad-hoc management reports.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and ensure data integrity is maintained throughout the production process.
Manage the expectations of management and articulate clearly and concisely in answering any queries they may have.
Understand business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry and suggest areas of improvement.
Qualifications/Experience/Skill sets:
Strong analytical and management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
Superior Microsoft Excel skills (Macro/VBA and MS Access experience will be preferred)
Background in data warehouse design and data modeling techniques (identifying relationships)
In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
Familiarity with SQL and Business Intelligence technologies (Tableau, Qlik , Micro strategy, or Power BI will be preferred)
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data sets from a diverse range of sources.
Ability to work closely with IT regarding further automation of reports and process enhancement. The candidate should be sound in problem solving and be creative to new process innovations.
Demonstrated ability to work with strict attention to details and be able to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated Partnerships with global franchise.
An ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
Excellent verbal, comprehension and written communication skills (English). Should be comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Capable of working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment while sensitively managing confidential information.
