Your impact
As part of our team, you will work with a core group of engineers and designers on some of the most complex wastewater treatment projects in our region. You will work in process/mechanical engineering, planning studies, pilot scale evaluations, treatment technologies, and applicable regulatory frameworks to collaborate with our team to deliver meaningful solutions for wastewater treatment project challenges locally, nationally, and across the globe. You’ll also have opportunities to engage in project management and business development roles.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
- Professional Engineer license (P.E.)
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive process engineering and project delivery experience with wastewater and/or industrial treatment, including process planning, evaluations, piloting, modeling, and design
- Proven experience working on wastewater treatment projects (ideally including planning, design, permitting, construction phase services, and commissioning)
- Related project management and task leadership experience, including demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver projects and tasks
- Familiarity with State and Federal government regulatory frameworks related to wastewater treatment
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Master’s or other graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
- 10 or more years of direct experience in wastewater treatment (ideally including planning, design, permitting, construction phase services, and commissioning)
- Wastewater experience including diverse liquids and solids processes, including resource recovery
- Professional Engineering license in Western United States (e.g. California, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska, etc.)
