Support in analyzing technical and functional integration requirements
Support in escalated projects
Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
Support in pre and post sales activities
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Ability to perform payroll requirements gathering with client
Follow up on payroll solution roadmaps and trends associated with the technology
Ability to discuss value propositions for clients to rotate to the new solution
Detailed planning of process implementation
Develop and Assure quality of process models
Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools
Act as a coach for colleagues
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Functional Experience
Minimum 6 years work experience
Knowledge in Mexican Legal Reports and localizations
Managerial Experience
Acted as a coach or mentor for colleagues
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plus
University degree or equivalent work experience
Spanish language: native
English language: fluent
