Sales Manager Image Guided Therapy Devices META
Job description:
In this role you will have the opportunity to connect with channel partners to drive growth and profit through sales of innovative coronary, peripheral and heart rhythm management products and solutions, which are transforming the future of healthcare and improving people's lives.
You will report to the Market Sales Leader META, IGT-D (Image Guided Therapy Devices) .
Your role:
- Ensure a consistent and uniform approach towards channel partners across assigned territory and all BU.
- Define and manage channel partner requirements, responsibilities and duties.
- Set annual targets and prepare joint business plan.
- Ensure planning of Partner Performance Reviews and execution thereof.
- Monthly KPI performance review of partner landscape and highlight gross deviations from target including corrective actions.
- Ensure that operational support is provided to the partners at the required level.
- Perform partner funnel management and derive partner forecast.
- Organize Partner Events.
- Ensure local organization and Indirect Channel Managers are trained and coached in the use of the Philips Partner Management processes and tools.
- Partner with marketing/finance for input on sales tools, pricing issues and competitive threats which enable Marketing to best support the Specialists and provide input to the BU.Monitor competition and changes in the industry and provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
Drives continuous improvements via Lean key performance indicators.
You're the right fit if you possess:
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- Proven experience in medical devices, Cath-lab environment is a plus.
- Min 5 years of sales and/or clinical experience in healthcare.
- Good understanding of MS Office and able to work with other software programs.
- High social and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality, capable of working independently, bringing new ideas and enthusiasm.
- Native Arabic language is a must have as well as good verbal and writing skills in English. French would be a strong plus.
- Wiliness to travel from 40 to 60%
