In this role, you will:
- Work within our commercial panel management team providing both independent production as well as assistance to team member in less senior positions. A keen level of execution against prescribed procedures, attention to detail, analytical research, and strong critical thinking skills against a time-sensitive pipeline is required.
- Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group or administrative operations; proactively provides feedback and presents ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with functional area impact
- Assist with Analyst Scorecard
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Valuations
- Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and assist with onboarding and training
- Perform or guide others on complex, tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation of customer-centric tasks
- Prioritize work and provide day-to-day work leadership and mentorship to team
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and functional area on wide range of information
- Frequently interact with internal or external partners in a customer support role
Required Qualifications, US:
- 6+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Commercial Appraisals
- Experience using Collateral 360 (C360)
- Experience with Change Management and writing procedures
- Experience using Tableau and other reporting tools
- Experience using SharePoint
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
