Job Description:
Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. Individual typically has 3+ years of experience or EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate resolution of complex treasury problems that are often related to translation and/or movement of data between our Clients and the Bank as well as between internal systems.
- Ability to track data through transformations to identify the root cause of a failure.
- An expert on the CashPro Connect product suite with ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical business partners.
- Weekly rotations to cover 24x7 on-call pager.
- Working after normal business hours as needed to complete critical assignments.
Requirements:
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented and strong individual processes to stay organized and complete all assignments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Skilled at building a technical response quickly with supporting evidence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate and execute assignments with business partners.
- Experience viewing various formatted files in a text editor to build an analysis about that data.
- Undergraduate degree and/or relevant experience
Desired Skills:
- CashPro Online Subject Matter Expert
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
- Swift Certified – Experience accessing Swift FileAct / AMH
- Experience working in FX Operations
- Experience solving data transmission or encryption related issues
