THE ROLE AND EXPECTATIONS
onsultant in this position, your major roleinvolve working in:
- Business Generation: lead and collaborate local / regional / global colleagues and contribute Go-to-Market and Demand Generation in Value Communication for SAP Strategic topics like Data value story, RISE with SAP and Clean Core/Clean Data
- Pre-Sales support: understand customer’s business overall needs and position DMLT/SAP solution. Lead pre-sales support to individual customer cases to a contract signed
- Value delivery: Lead small to large-size projects to deliver value communicated to realize and lead to customer’s success maintaining customer and stakeholder relationship and satisfaction. Especially, in your own core solution area, lead solutioning and delivery and enable other consultants who is learning
- Global / Regional Operation Model: actively contribute and lead in global / regional operation model for DMLT Value Chain. E.g. drive an innovation topic globally working with other colleagues contributing from other countries like Americas / EMEA / MEE etc. Conduct trainings for DMLT solution. Etc.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Business development skills – understand customer’s pain points and present potential SAP/DMLT solutions
- Solution design and architecture skills for core knowledge area
- Customer focus, ability to handle conflicts, organizational skills
- Very good communication skills across all hierarchy levels, both internally and externally with leadership.
- Fluent in Japanese and Business level+ in English plus or at least willingness to improve English
Specific skills including;
- Knowledge of core business processes such as Lead-2-Cash, Procure-2-Pay, Design-2-Operate, or Hire-2-Retire are a strong asset
- Experience inBusinessData area of solutionsunderstanding Data Management framework
- Programming knowledge and experience (ABAP, Python, JAVA, etc.)at least debug-level
- Some level of experience/knowledge ofProject management, Enterprise Architect,orBusiness Consulting skills
- Presentation and facilitation skills(e.g. visualization techniques, Design Thinking, etc.)
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ of work experience with SAP and overall 10 to 12 years of total IT industry experience.
- Should have understanding of business processes and enterprise structure overview. Fundamental knowledge and experience of any application areas in ERP FI, CO, LO, SD or MM modulesor cloud solutions like HxM, CxM etc.
- Proven work experiencesfor areas above – Skill and Competencies
Added Advantage:
- If already worked in the area of presales support and RFP preparation for scoping
- Knowledge inAI /Data Scientist is great plus
- Work experience in a certain industries and related business process knowledge are plus
