About The Role:
The role is multifaceted, covering end-to-end quality and service improvements, data collation, reporting, process standardization and improvement, and project management, supporting strategic, tactical, and financial planning.
It is suited for individuals who excel in managing diverse activities and possess strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
What You'll Do:- Insight Generation : Create significant, systematic insights for the Line of Business (LOB) and the Customer Insights team.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to assist BPOs in enhancing quality and driving process improvements.
- Proactivity and Problem Solving: Actively identify and eliminate barriers to maintain forward momentum and progress. Utilize your analytical skills to address any challenges that arise during a typical workday.
Support the implementation of Field Ops Function’s strategic responsibilities and drive Functional teams’ accountability:
- Performance Governance: Serve as Point of Contact (POC) for overseeing performance, working with Strategy & Planning and Field Ops Managers.
- Meeting Coordination : Organize and prepare the necessary groundwork for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR). Act as a deputy when required.
- Stakeholder Communication: Gain a clear understanding of stakeholder needs and expectations, and effectively communicate the Center of Excellence's (CoE) role in implementing strategic programs.
- Analysis and Collaboration: Conduct in-depth analyses and engage other relevant stakeholders and teams in the process.
- Action Plans: Develop action plans, assign responsibilities, and ensure follow-up on implementation.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement: - Support for Planning: Aid in planning cycles, ensuring timely project delivery and process excellence. This includes strategic and tactical planning such as annual planning cycles, and similarly for financial planning.
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee projects and initiatives according to the functional roadmap. This role involves leading or supporting projects, and collaborating with PMO central team to execute key business projects and programs across all EMEA CoEs Line of Business (LOB).
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in managing cross-functional projects with proven expertise in project management tools, process redesign, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical skills, the ability to act as a change agent, and proficiency in productivity tools are essential.

- Comfortable working with data analysis tools like Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, and pivot tables.
- Proactively finds and solves complex problems; can relate problems to business contexts.
Planning and Organization: - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks without losing focus on priorities.
- Able to stay focused under pressure and utilize effective time management.
- Recognizes and either resolves or escalates project roadblocks as necessary.
