Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in content operations, fraud investigations, account security, spam prevention, content moderation, or policy enforcement.
1 year of experience in people management, as a lead, or coaching or mentoring others.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's or PhD in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
