Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates will typically have 7 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
Candidiate will typically have 3 years of experience leading account teams and driving Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Information (RFI) processes and executive stakeholder management.
Experience promoting solutions to C-level at corporate and public sector accounts.
Experience in the local Public Sector market within local government.
Ability to communicate in English and Norwegian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Experience working with partners in implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
Experience with commercial and legal business agreements, working with the Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
