Job Description

Develop custom applications delivering visually appealing and organized network analytics across different personas which include executives, product leaders and engineers.

Develop and implement proactive activities such as automation, AIOps, and intelligent alerting mechanisms.

• Ability to adapt current work processes to meet emerging needs and the ability to evaluate new ideas and proposed methods for practicality and ease of implementation.

Qualification and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics or similar data science focus is preferred.

• One or more Professional level developer certifications – AWS, Python, SQL.

• Exposure to a large global network infrastructure of Routers, switches, LAN/SD-WAN, Firewalls, etc.

• preferred 6+ years’ experience with two or more of the following network monitoring, reporting and observability tools: Sev-One, ThousandEyes, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, NetBrain, ELK.

• preferred 6+ years’ experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, Grafana or equivalent.

• Strong experience in building actionable dashboards in any of the BI Platforms.

• Experience in writing SQL queries to understand or build dashboards.

• Experience in embedding visualization into Web applications.

• preferred 6+ years’ experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.

• Passionate about data and good data evangelist.
