Description
- Translate initial design concepts into polished, high-quality deliverables that meet technical specifications and brand guidelines- Produce final production-ready assets, ensuring that all files are formatted correctly and optimized for their intended platform (e.g., web, mobile, print)- Work closely with creative producers, delivery managers, design, development, content producers, and localization to meet project goals- Own communication with producers, design leads and development - Structure Photoshop comps to optimize efficient production and localization workflows using slices, smart objects, and layer comps- Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, text, and links are flawless- Identify and help implement opportunities for process, automation, design, file format, and technical improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working as a graphic designer or graphic production artist
- Portfolio showcasing experience in graphic design with a specific focus on delivering production-ready assets across digital, print, and web platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar software

- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail oriented, with a drive for excellence down to the last pixel
- Able to establish rapport, collaborate, and problem solve with designers, production colleagues, and web engineers
- Thrives in a detail-orientated, fast-paced web publishing workplace
- Able to establish expertise in and facilitate a consistent graphic production process, while also finding opportunities for improvement
- Resourceful, adaptable, and results driven with high energy and a positive personality
- Excellent design and typography sensibilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
