Drive strategic thinking and cross-functional alignment around data-driven approaches to improve product and customer experience strategies
Lead deep exploration of customer data and spearhead customer segmentation, LTV modeling, and other advanced analytics solutions
Develop experimentation plans and testing frameworks to measure, optimize, and scale data-driven strategies across targeting, personalization, and product initiatives
Apply machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-based methods to deliver innovation and improve decision-making across the business
Optimize and manage data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient reporting and analytics capabilities
Partner with product, finance, and business development leaders to define strategies, investment priorities, and data-driven opportunities
Mentor and coach data scientists and analysts, elevating craft skills, encouraging innovation, and fostering a culture of learning and excellence
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
Proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets and communicate compelling data-driven stories to influence decision-making
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
Expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI).
Advanced proficiency in A/B testing, Python or R for analytics, modeling, and automation
Familiarity with big data and cloud tools (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, Databricks) is a plus
Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, and statistical modeling is strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
