Role Description
We are currently seeking dynamic Named Account Executives who are driven and experienced in solution sales with a value-centric approach. As a part of our HLS team, you will tackle full responsibility for a designated territory, concentrating on large, private Health Insurance (Payer) Accounts and privately owned Provider Networks in Switzerland.

The ideal candidate should possess a substantial background and hands-on experience in the Swiss healthcare insurance market or, alternatively, demonstrate expertise within the broader insurance industry in Switzerland. In this role, you will lead a diverse customer portfolio comprising both prospects and existing clients. However, our primary focus for this position is to enhance our presence within the Health Insurance (Payer) Accounts sector in Switzerland, emphasizing the acquisition of new clients and nurturing them for sustainable growth.

Your Impact:

  • Learn Salesforce award-winning products, platform and value proposition

  • Work in partnership with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales and marketers for all sales leads and sales opportunities

  • Drive strategic sales in your territory/vertical by handling the complete sales process

  • Up-selling and demonstrating business from new and established customer relationships

  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings

  • Leading industry events and user groups to generate market interest

  • Attend industry-recognized sales training programmes

  • Further development of sales techniques through our Sales Academy, Boot camp and Sales Efficiency teams

Requirements:

  • Solution sales experience, either Software or Technology sales or strong sales experience from within a certain industry, e.g Manufacturing, Retail, E-Commerce, selling sophisticated solutions

  • Shown sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement

  • Successful history of net new business sales

  • A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business

  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals

  • Proficient in German and English

  • Willingness to Travel
