Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute efficient personnel management plans
  • Keep consultants utilization at a high level to meet annual objectives
  • Improve the skills of our Professional Services consultants
  • Maintain and increase the technical certification of the consultants on the team
  • Maintaining a good relationship with all customers
  • Strive to continuously improve our current service offerings
  • Help develop additional service offerings to enhance our value
  • Manage customer escalations
  • Always strive to improve the project delivery process and reporting structure
  • Have 1:1 meetings with your consultants
  • Identify challenges, current and future needs with skills, promotion, and role changes
  • Be a key player by sharing your opinion and thoughts on management discussions
  • Be proactive and innovative
  • Help with consultant recruitment and hiring
Qualifications
  • Experience in managing a team of technical consultants or engineers
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
  • Good resource planning skills
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to details
  • Experience with Check Point products is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Good experience using standard business applications and software
  • Ability to manage conflicts and have better decision-making skills
  • Capacity to train team members
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
