QualificationsWhat’ll get your foot in the door:• 15-18 years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field.• Bachelor or Master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Interaction (Master’s preferred). Alternatively, you are a Certified Usability Analyst(™).• Portfolio of UX problem-solving, innovation, zero-to-one designs,• Demonstrable experience with application of user-centered design methodology (especially user-centered analysis, design audits, information architecture, task-flow design, usability testing)• Demonstrable experience with application of established design principles in your workOther skills and experiences you will bring:• Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner• Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions• Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator• Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable component libraries
