As the Region Product Manager for Portrait Mobile, you will lead the Product Management responsibilities for the Mobile Digital Health Program (Portrait Mobile) in the United States and Canada (USCAN). This leader will drive the commercial strategy in the US – which includes all aspects from pricing, value prop, business models, education, service, and beyond. This leader represents the region needs and pivots to key stakeholders in sales, supply chain, service, and global product leaders.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Growth, Strategy, and Product Execution
- Build product expertise for Portrait Mobile in specs, customer workflows, selling approaches and scoping and quoting the solution. This solution is both a clinical and technology solution requiring detailed knowledge and ability to translate the solution to numerous stakeholders internally and externally.
- Lead the strategy of the product launch and acceleration in the region – drive the tiger team, cadence, deliverables.
- Conduct vision sessions and roadmaps with KOL’s; identify and manage product enhancement priorities, adapt selling strategies and develop customer showcase sites.
- Employ market research, industry trends, voice of customer, and competitive intelligence and to develop product strategy and influence roadmap development.
- Work cross-functionally and horizontally to design, develop & test, commercialize, operationalize and continuously evolve the solutions portfolio.
- Work horizontally with Service, Supplies & Accessories, and Healthcare Financial Services to develop, evaluate and launch new region-specific commercial offerings (i.e. subscription models).
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Lead strategy, process and communication of FMIs, Field Upgrades, equipment End of Life.
- Liaise with Enterprise Operations to provide technical support for RFPs, create and manage catalogs (including long/medium/short descriptions and set-up in CPQ, NPI change orders and backlog conversions, management of flex trials, and technology obsolescence agreements.
- Lead headquarters customer visit planning (including virtual visits), presenting product portfolio and roadmap presentations in partnership with global modality.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, engineering or related field
- Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and go to market strategy. Detail oriented to execute vision into actions.
- Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and process skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams
Desired Characteristics:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 12+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, product operations or related field
- Experience leading and developing clinical or technology solutions in the Healthcare space
- Deep product management expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
- Healthcare product/industry acumen
