As a Sr. Process Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager. and you’ll work out of our Ciudad Juarez, Chih. location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our manufacturing operations by identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in process engineering will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, resulting in improved product quality, increased efficiency, and reduced waste. Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Conduct process analysis, including data collection and analysis, to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent and reliable production.

Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process engineering to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

6+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role

Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies

Proficiency in process analysis and data-driven decision-making

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

WE VALUE

Master’s degree in engineering or a related field

Experience in leading process improvement projects.

Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

Strong project management skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Layouts.

Basic knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) process
