Advanced Software Engineer Job Description:
Responsibilities :
o Design and development of advanced Salesforce solutions
o Evaluating and implementing new Salesforce features and technologies
o Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements
o Ensuring scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce applications
o Mentoring and guiding junior developers
Required Skills & Experience:
o Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning web components
o In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architectures, data models, and best practices
o Extensive experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration
o Proven ability to design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions
o Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs
o A track record of successful Salesforce project implementations and a portfolio of completed projects
o Salesforce certifications, including advanced certifications like Certified Application Architect (preferable)
o Leadership skills(preferable) and ability to mentor and guide junior developers
o #of years’ experience in Salesforce – 6yrs
o Apex Programming – 4yrs+
o LWC – 3yrs+
o Salesforce Integration – 3yrs
o Certified Platform developer I (Mandatory)
o Platform developer II is a plus
