Your day in the role will include…
Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of S/4 HANA Customer services for SAP.
Lead multiple sized projects as team member or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions
Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Has hands-on client facing experience of implementing and upgrade/migration of SAP Customer Services in S/4 HANA 1709/1809 with good understanding of simplifications in Master Data E.g. Business Partners, Material master etc. Possess deep knowledge of standard customer service processes and functionality with their S/4 HANA simplifications. Understanding of simplified data model in CS area including pricing costing and their migration approach to S/4 HANA. Capable of mapping business process in S/4 HANA by utilizing new features in the areas like Complaint handling, Service Management and Service Parts Management, Service Agreement Management Output Management etc. Prepare functional specifications based on the requirements to support the developments in S/4 HANA.
Overall experience 8-10 plus years of in SAP SD Customer Service and S/4 HANA Service.
Minimum One end to end SAP S/4 HANA SD customer service implementation/ Rollout experience
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven work experience in Global Template of S/4 HANA Implementation would be an added advantage
Knowledge of S/4 HANA 1909 New features
