POSITION: Professional-Application/Product Support

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology in Managment and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience in a related occupation utilizing MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, MS Teams, MS Outlook, and MS OneDrive); using project management tools, including JIRA Agile, Waterfall, and MS Project; using collaboration tools, including Confluence; utilizing programming languages including JavaScript, C++, C, HTML, and XML Python; and using database servers (SQL Server, My SQL).
