- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with systems automation, and with systems design and implementation.
- 5 years of experience with technical infrastructure (e.g., deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting), and with reliability of technical infrastructure.
- 3 years of experience with Kubernetes or a similar container orchestration platform.
- 3 years of experience with TCP/IP networking, and diagnosing and resolving network-related issues.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade storage systems including SAN, NAS, or distributed file systems.
- Experience with physical data center operations including hardware installation, power and cooling management, and asset lifecycle management.
- Experience managing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of hypervisors (e.g., KVM, vSphere, Hyper-V) and experience managing virtualized environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients to understand their technical needs.
- Strong background in identity and access management, including enterprise-level solutions like active directory or LDAP.
