Specific skills required:

• 4 years of leadership and people management experience in a technology environment;
• 1 year of scripting and automation experience;
• 4 years of experience engineering and analyzing server-based operating systems such as Windows or Unix;
• 3 years of experience working with the information technology service management (ITSM) Framework.
