- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.
- 1 year of experience working cross-functionally across business lines.
Preferred qualifications:
- JD, MBA, or Master’s degree.
- Experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of policy.
- Experience with Ads Policy, Ads Campaigns, or Ad business generation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
