Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CIB lines of business leads, Strategy and other stakeholder to lead the delivery of a comprehensive suite of client reporting, including cross line of business reporting to support firmwide initiatives
  • Lead the discussions with senior leadership and with the businesses to understand the key business objectives and translate those into concrete programs and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with lines of business counterparts and other SMEs to support adhoc client deep dives and other queries on profitability metrics for the clients
  • Drive engagement across the technology and business groups to support the continued build out of reporting and technology infrastructure for Client analytics
  • Implement appropriate governance & controls around the WCP data to ensure accuracy and adequate business logic documentation
  • Prepare and present proforma impact due to proposed changes and ensure that stakeholders understand the change prior to implementation
  • Own end to end implementation of projects that enhance functionality and reporting provided by existing internal reporting platform, Wholesales Client Profitability (WCP)
  • Work closely with business users to facilitate sign-off around final implementation of any changes to the data structure in WCP

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 12+ years professional experience in handling large amount of data, analyzing P&L and balance sheet drivers
  • Experience in the consolidation, review, analysis, and presentation of financials
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables
  • Excellent oral and written communication and relationship management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Self-starter who is driven to excel in all aspects of their role and seeks to break the status-quo and initiate improvements where necessary

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Previous experience in a Business Management / client analytics / Strategy role in banking or financial services strongly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint in particular), SQL & Tableau preferred
  • Experience with data modeling and visualization tools
