Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management field, or equivalent.
- 3+ year experience in supply chain or program management in field of consumer electronics or technology industry.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skill in English and Mandarin.
- Combination of organizational and detail-oriented skills when working on multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, understand and deal with rapid development cycles and constant changes; Remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams to achieve.
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in audio product supply chain or NPI program management is preferred
- Concept of international trading or customs operation is preferred
