We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with good experience in React and Java technologies to lead and coordinate the delivery of application features. In this role, he/she will leverage industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies to ensure high-quality, scalable, and tested software solutions. The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate with software engineers and guide the team to achieve seamless integration of these technologies. He/She will take ownership of the product team backlog alignment and delivery commitments, working closely with key stakeholders, including Product Managers, Portfolio/Solution Architects, Digital Platform Engineering, and Business Customers. His/Her leadership will be instrumental in refining product strategies and ensuring the execution of agile ceremonies that align with our organizational best practices.
