Key job responsibilities
You will be:* Providing Software deployment support in staging and production environments.
* Triaging incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features and services
* Building robust and secure solutions to address software vulnerabilities, upgrades and patching.
* Collaborating closely with SDEs, Product Managers and other team members to investigate and resolve support issues.
* Working on automation and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in JavaScript and Java.
* Creating and updating engineering or customer-facing documentation and run-books.* Working in a fast-paced environment to deliver high quality software.
- 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings
- Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system
- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls
