Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making
Reporting to Sales Manager in Poland You will be responsible for Sales of the respective product group in line with Channel Strategy:
- Responsible for P&L
- Effectively managing a multi-channel retail environment and driving growth in both
traditional channels and e-commerce
- Developing and implementing the sales & distribution strategy including
negotiations with dealers
level month, quarter, annual targets to achieve
- Development and co-development of annual sell-in budget for dealer
- Competition and market monitoring based on GFK reports
- Carrying out the marketing intelligence at local level for dedicated brand (pricing, product position
local trends, market share, competition strategies)
- Negotiate product ranging with Dealers and ensure the agreed ranging is kept at store level (SKU/Channel/Outlet) in line with speed of ranging targets
- Developing & implementing operational action for all 4Ps level (pricing/product strategy / shop front and promotional activities)
- Support other Departments with regular feedback from the market in an organized manner
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher education, preferably with a commercial background
Min. 2 yearscommercial experience could be an asset (preferred Key Account Manager inElectronics/FMCG or Product Manager in Retail
- MS Office Skills, with emphasis on Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented. Key Performance Indicators

- Consequent implementation of the agreed processes, keeping agreed timing
