Key Responsibilities:
Own the growth strategy and planning for Direct account partners and drive execution of plan
Obtain and analyze merchant data to identify trends in order to achieve the growth strategy
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, understanding merchant needs and driving positive outcomes.
Monitor and report on feedbacks, trends, and insight from our partners.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to propel business advancement.
Lead cross-functional teams to address complex merchant challenges
Basic requirements:
Ability to analyze sales data and key metrics and translate insights into actionable plans.
Exceptional communication skills, with various stakeholders including C-level stakeholders and internal technical teams.
A proactive approach, ready to take initiative and drive results.
