Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation and on-time delivery.
Technical experience in two or more of the following areas: data center infrastructure, operating systems, networking, security, system administration and/or service management.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and German for collaboration with international and local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations, with experience in large account/project management.
Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concepts.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations with messages to technology and business audiences and C-Level audiences.
