- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
- 2 years of experience in construction of data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, power, nuclear or other 24X7 mission critical facilities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Six Sigma Blackbelt, Auditor Certifications, American Society for Quality certification (CSQP, CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA) or equivalent certification/experience.
- 2 years of experience in project or program management and operations.
- Experience in Design and Manufacturing, Product Operations, Quality Engineering in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Equipment industry standards applied to Mission Critical Operations or Data Centers (e.g., ANSI, ASME, APQP, etc.).
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and achieve results in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent leadership, investigative, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills.
