Tests and modifies general systems-level software/hardware, specialized utility and/or hardware. Interprets wireless specifications. Designs test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Documents systems-level defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to developers. Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots, and documents problems with program function, output, or content. Develops testing programs that assess effectiveness of a new system or modification of an existing system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

Focus on platform performance test & debug for optimization, including but not limited to benchmarking, user experience…etc.

Issue triage and analysis based on platform, including HW architecture, kernel, android framework…etc.

Manage test requirements & test schedule, design and optimize test plan, publish test report, and communicate with stakeholders in all sites.

Lead and drive test independently, co-work with software / hardware engineer, system design engineer to ensure timely resolution of issues

Developing and optimizing automation test to improve efficiency.

Engineer with more than 2 years system test/develop experience on Android platform products. Familiar with Qualcomm platform is a good plus

Experience with platform performance test

Experience with automation test development with Python/Java/C/C++…

Experience with managing or coordinating across multiple functional teams and sites is a good plus

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English Quick learning and open mind

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's degree in Communication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

Preferred: Master's degree in Communication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
