QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related field of study plus 1 years of experience in the job offered as a Credit Risk Analyst, Ancillary Revenue Analyst, Revenue Management Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Credit Risk Analyst, Ancillary Revenue Analyst, Revenue Management Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Underwriting the credit risk of loans made on a non-recourse basis to specialty purpose corporations; Underwriting the credit risk of recourse loans made to finance companies which include auto lenders, mortgage lenders, REITs, credit card originators and merchant lenders; Calculating and interpreting financial ratios to determine the creditworthiness and probability of default of corporations; Analyzing and interpreting collateral trends and collateral performance data; Creating cash flow models to determine loss coverage, financing break-evens and ability to repay both recourse and non-recourse loans; Writing detailed reports which summarize collateral trends, financial ratios and creditworthiness of corporations to which credit is extended.
