• Establish and maintain relationships with Technology Vendors and Technology Delivery Partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Negotiate commercial requests / agreements / change requests with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with framework contracts and business objectives.
• Monitor and assess vendor performance, conducting regular reviews of KPIS to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Resolve issues or disputes that arise with vendors, acting as a mediator between the vendor and the business/project to find mutually beneficial resolutions.
• Continuously review and optimise vendor performance, exploring opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and relationship enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless vendor integration and alignment with overall business requirements and strategies.
• Develop and implement vendor management policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance within the vendor management function, in a continuous-service-improvement fashion.
• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of technology deliverables and services and verifying compliance with agreed-upon specifications and delivery schedules.
• Facilitate the receipting process, collaborating with receiving teams to ensure timely and accurate verification of delivered technology goods/services, including quality checks, documentation, and recording of goods and/or services received.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on vendor performance, financial metrics, and key performance indicators to senior management, contributing insights for decision-making and planning.
• Manage Change Requests from both vendors and internal stakeholders, reviewing and evaluating requests for feasibility, impact, and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate the change request process, including documentation, prioritization, tracking, and communication with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution and implementation of approved changes.
• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of invoices, ensuring they align with agreed-upon pricing, quantities, and terms defined in purchase orders and in the contracts.
• Monitor and reconcile purchase orders with corresponding invoices, resolving any discrepancies or issues to ensure timely payment and accurate financial records.
• Provide support and expertise to assist in the day-to-day management of the Client Vendor and partner contracts and for ensuring the delivery, quality, and cost effectiveness of the vendor’s services through pro-active performance management as well as vendor management.

• Understand all our consulting service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients and be able to build meaningful external relationships with our clients and internal relationships across service lines.
• Drawing on your knowledge and experience, you’ll create innovative insights for clients looking to leverage their vendor framework, improve their technology posture, execute on project commitments, and adapt methods and practices to fit operational teams and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership.
• Contribute towards Technology Consulting engagements, including team performance and commercials.
• Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring other members of staff
• Understand, follow, and lead staff in workplace policies and procedures.

• A strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a business or IT related discipline, from a recognised third level institution
• At least 3 years’ experience working in a client facing role for a leading consulting or professional services company in technology contract management or at least 5 years’ experience working for a leading company, in technol
ogy contract management across any major sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication – tailoring communications to suit various audiences, with the ability to collaborate with all business functions.
• Experience with Stakeholder Management and working collaboratively across IT, Finance, and parts of the business to meet client needs.
• Experience in managing technology contracts in one or more of our focus industries including Power & Utilities, Financial Services, Government & Public Sector, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Tech and Media, Advanced Manufacturing / Industry 4.0


• Additional professional qualifications, such as CIPS, IWFM, PMI, PRINCE2®, PMP, PMBOK, Technology Procurement, or similar discipline from a recognised third level institution or accreditation body
• Knowledge of one or more technology areas including but not limited to SDLC, ERP, CRM. Digital Workplace, CX, Cloud Migration and/or integrations, Software Integration, Technology Infrastructure and Services, Data & Analytics, Intelligent Automation, Emerging Tech, IoT, Blockchain
• Experience with using any Contract Management suite and/or MS PowerBI
• A continued ambition to further develop and learn, fostering an interest in innovative technologies.
• A desire to identify new opportunities and help to create proposals to help solve our client’s most complex
