We aspire to build and maintain a full set of state-of-the-art Marketing and Sales solutions, deeply aligned with local customer behaviors and compliant with both internal and external security and regulatory requirements. This includes core systems such as: Data Warehouse/Lake, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Marketing Automation (MA), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Compliant solutions for Personally Identifiable Information (PII) management and Cross-Border Data Transfer. These systems are the cornerstone for enabling AI Transformation — applying Agentic AI, Enterprise Data Agents, and AI-powered automation to unlock data-driven marketing, customer insights, and intelligent workflow optimization.Your Role: You will design, build, and operate distributed, cloud-native systems, seamlessly integrating advanced AI, data-agent solutions, and secure data infrastructure to support real-time, compliant marketing and sales operations in GCR.Key job responsibilities
* Architect, develop, and operate secure, scalable, and intelligent Marketing & Sales technology solutions on AWS and open-source platforms, including but not limited to Marketing Automation (MA), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other core systems.
* Design, build, and continuously enhance Data Agent platforms and domain-specific AI Agents to accelerate marketing and sales productivity, enable actionable customer intelligence, and automate business-critical workflows.
* Drive AI Transformation initiatives, deeply integrating advanced AI capabilities with core systems such as Data Warehouse/Lakes, CDP, MA, CRM, PII protection, and compliant Cross-Border Data Transfer mechanisms.
* Ensure end-to-end alignment with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across system design, development, deployment, and data processing.

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Hands-on experience and passion for applying AI Transformation to real-world marketing, sales, and customer engagement use cases.
