- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Cadence and Allegro tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with Computer-aided Design (CAD) or Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design, and Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) Design.
- Working knowledge with mechanical design outline formats.
- Working knowledge with FPC and RIGID-Flex layout.
- Working knowledge with high-speed board designs or layouts, and familiarity with high density Ball-Grid Array (BGA), blind, and buried vias.
- Familiarity with all phases of hardware development including schematic entry, manually generated constraints, requirements of the constraints and board layout.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art PCB design tools and methodology.
