Collaborating with a team of highly experienced engineers, you will help shape the future of our platform and aid in designing and implementing essential services. Key projects you will be involved in include:
What you'll do...
- Designing and constructing fault-tolerant infrastructure to support highly available, low latency applications, using containers and checkpointing libraries to maintain reliability despite individual node failures.
- Developing developer tooling applications that utilize LLMs .
- Designing and implementing benchmarks to evaluate software system performance within a Generative AI Platform, and providing recommendations on technology selection.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, working closely with Engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to comprehend their needs, gather requirements, and develop AI-powered developer tooling solutions.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate AI methodologies, results, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Staying informed about the latest advancements in Generative AI industry trends, regulatory guidelines, data privacy, and ethical considerations related to AI applications.
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years of experience designing and building distributed systems at scale
- 4+ years of experience as a tech lead or an architect
- 3+ years of experience with the full ML development lifecycle using open-source AI/ML frameworks and public cloud
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience with a focus on contemporary AI techniques
- Experience designing large-scale distributed platforms and/or systems in cloud environments such as Azure or GCP
- Experience architecting cloud systems for security, availability, performance, scalability, and cost
- Experience delivering very large models through the MLOps life cycle from exploration to serving
- Experience building GPU clusters in the public cloud with tightly-coupled storage and networking
- Familiarity with GenAI technology stack, including frameworks for prompt engineering, guardrails for GenAI applications, exposure to RAG and agentic RAG.
- Experience working with VectorDBs and other data infrastructure required to efficiently support Generative AI pipelines and production applications
- Experience building applications powered by large language models
