- Identify opportunities for process automation, data visualization, and collaboration enhancements using Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define short- and long-term goals for platform adoption and optimization.
Solution Development and Implementation:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom Power Platform applications and SharePoint solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational governance policies and industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business units to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet user needs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Governance and Best Practices:
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for Power Platform and SharePoint environments, including security, access controls, and data management.
- Promote best practices in development, documentation, and lifecycle management of applications and workflows.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint updates, recommending new features and capabilities to enhance business processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing solutions and proposing optimizations or replacements as needed.
