We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Cloud Implementation Managerto oversee and drive the successful deployment of cloud solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership capabilities, and a drive for establishing effective processes within the team. You will guide a team of cloud engineers and architects, ensuring timely and efficient implementation of scalable, secure, and robust cloud environments that align with business and customer requirements.

With over 3,000 customers and nearly 40 years of experience, NICE helps all types of public safety and criminal justice agencies, from emergency communications and law enforcement to prosecutors, defenders and courts, digitally transform how they manage digital evidence and data from beginning to end, to get to the truth faster.

How will you make an impact?

• Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of cloud engineers and architects to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
• Fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Developing a culture of process, documentation, and verification, from design specifications to test and support hand-over, tailored to each customer’s environment from common templates.
• Overseeing the design, execution, and verification of customer cloud deployment projects.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Designing and implementing solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to drive and control data migration and translation at scale.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and tools.
• Ensuring your team delivers client satisfaction by implementing solutions that exceed expectations.
• Providing post-implementation hand-over, support and training as needed.
• Supporting pre-sales activities as needed.

Have you got what it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud solutions, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Elastic Search and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Professional Architect.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
