We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager/ Director within the Consulting, Internal Audit team in our Adelaide office. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.
- You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification and conversion of new risk, internal audit, and control opportunities.
- You will oversee a portfolio of client engagements and manage professionals in the delivery of risk and internal audit engagements.
- You will be responsible for the development of junior staff through ‘on-the-job’ training and facilitation of relevant training programs.
- You will lead and guide the team in creating value for our clients through accomplishing engagement objectives and strategies which comply with professional standards.
- You will have a key role in nurturing client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables, and outcomes.

- Practical and solution-oriented approach to identify technical developments and evaluate and advise on impacts.
- High level communication and engagement skills, including exceptional proposal and report writing abilities and interaction at Executive levels.
- Strong business acumen, commercially focused attitude.
- Inspiring leadership capability with the motivation to develop others, build high performing teams and effectively delegate in a supportive way.
- Excellent project management skills including ability to lead programs of risk and internal audit activity across several clients and sectors.
- Collaborative approach and style to partnering across the firm and with our clients’ teams in an inclusive manner bringing diverse and thought-provoking perspectives and points of view.
- High level of quality orientation and commitment to delivery and service excellence.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree qualification in business, commerce, accounting, finance or related discipline.
- Professional accreditations will also be considered favorably (CPA, CIA or CA).
- Worked for a minimum of 10 years either in professional services or a combination of industry and professional services delivering internal audits to your stakeholders.
