In this role, you’ll:

Face an exciting work environment at the SAP Experience Center Munich and be part of our extensive student community. We are looking for a very structured, self-driven and highly motivated intern. Your role is crucial for smooth and successful operations at the Experience Center:

  • Schedule customer, partner, university and internal visits and events in the Experience Center.
  • Lead on communication with important stakeholders and partners to clarify planning requirements and expectations for the Experience Center visit.
  • Support our Storyteller community and Experience Center team with tour preparations, customizations and bring content to live in the Center.
  • Identify areas for improvement and lead on clearly defined projects.


Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious.

The job is for you if you are/have:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Very structured
  • Results-oriented
  • Strong communication skills (fluent in German and English)
  • Team player
  • Open minded and flexible
  • Proactive
  • Work experience is an advantage (e.g., internships, working student assignments)
