Hardware Systems Test Engineer (m/f/d)

• Develop reproducible and maintainable test and verification methodologies for electronic hardware elements and subsystems according to design input specifications and real-world usage scenarios.

• Definition, execution and reporting of tests in close alignment with the R&D development engineers.

• Analysis and post-processing of measurement data using statistical techniques.

• Prepare technical documentation in accordance with internal procedures and applicable medical device regulations/standards (per ISO 13485, 21CR820, IEC60601-1, IEC60601-x-x and GDP)

• Support troubleshooting activities to determine the root cause of the problem Contribute to the functional continuous improvement plan and knowledge base.

• Provide guidance and support to team members in the development of test methods and test equipment.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics/electrical engineering with a broad technical understanding and interest.

• Total of 7+ years of experience including 3+ years in electronics design (electronics development and verification)

• Additional experience working in an electrical test lab, including experience designing, documenting, and performing test procedures is a plus.

• Good understanding of the hardware/software development life cycle

• Knowledge of MSA methodology/test method validation and statistical techniques a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you have demonstrated in projects that you can proactively address issues and convince others (colleagues).

• International mindset and willingness to work closely with other cultures and backgrounds

• Curiosity and entrepreneurial skills (you know how to structure your projects and find solutions together with your team)

• Creative and problem-solving skills that allow you to leverage internal and external resources to maximize value for the company and its customers
