You’ll play a key role in triaging (reviewing, analyzing, and resolving) technical issues reported by users, using cutting-edge tools and technologies. This is an advanced-level technical role with room for professional growth and an opportunity to master industry-leading tools and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Elementor users via phone, email, and live chat
  • Triage new customer issues and determine the best path to resolution
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members to improve customer experience
  • Stay up to date with Elementor’s evolving technologies and features
  • Master internal tools and become a technical support expert
  • Maintain high availability and responsiveness in our call center environment
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to customers using Elementor’s tools
  • Share customer feedback to help improve the platform and internal processes
  • Continuously improve your technical knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Elementor tools – Must
  • Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript – Must
  • Familiarity with web servers, hosting, cloud services, and SaaS – Must
  • Experience using browser inspection tools and debugging techniques
  • Knowledge of PHP or other coding languages – Advantage
  • Background in web design or development – advantage
  • Understanding of web application functionality
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to clearly explain technical processes over phone, chat, and email
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Strong team player who thrives in an office-based call center environment
  • Must be able to work on-site, 5 days a week in our Israel office (this is not a hybrid role )
