  • 2-5 years of experience supporting executives/directors/managers, preferably in a legal or corporate setting. Notary and legal experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, including prioritizing meetings, video calls, and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively
  • Extensive experience in managing executive-level administrative tasks, including complex travel coordination and arrangements, expense reports, and facilities requests
  • Strong editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive materials with proven ability to exercise good judgment and act with integrity and discretion
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with flexibility to adjust priorities on short notice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished professional presence.
  • Excels in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while maintaining composure
  • Accustomed to problem-solving issues in a timely manner and proactively communicating decisions to appropriate individuals
  • Looks ahead and able to resolve issues before they become one
  • Strong professional presence — this role requires exposure and communications with ET Staff and Support Teams
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to lean in to solve problems
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $41.00 and $61.50/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
