Minimum Qualifications
  • Approximately 10+ years sales leadership experience setting vision and purpose for an organization, leading leaders, directing senior individual contributors, and influencing within a cross-functional environment.
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience as a leader in an enterprise channel sales organization, preferably with 3rd party and OEM accessories with responsibilities for channel incentives, partner authorizations, and/or sales execution programs.
  • Record of optimally partnering with cross-functional teams such as sales, legal, product, marketing and finance.
  • Adept at executive partner influence - excellent communication, both oral and written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and also implement detailed under tight timelines.
  • Ability to simplify the complex and achieve transparency when ambiguity exists.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating and leading a remote/geographically dispersed team.
  • Understanding of cause-and-effect relationships
  • Sees the world through the eyes of our patterns and deeply underhand their business need, challenges and concerns.
  • You simplify complex problems and distill big decisions down to their core.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
