Position Overview

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and right-hand to the Global Head of Total Rewards. This role is designed to provide high-level support in planning, communication, and execution of key initiatives across the Total Rewards function.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Assist the Global Head of Total Rewards in developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Ensure alignment of Total Rewards initiatives with the broader organizational objectives.
  • Track and monitor the progress of key initiatives and projects, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Lead financial budgeting and collaborate with the Total Rewards Leadership Team on holistic workforce planning, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with organizational goals.

Communication and Liaison:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for the Global Head of Total Rewards with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow within the Total Rewards team and across other functions, skillfully navigating organizational dynamics and fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Work with the Total Rewards Leadership team to prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials as needed for the Global Head of Totall Rewards.

Operational Support:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and initiatives with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address them to maximize the effectiveness of the Global Head of Total Rewards.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Mentor and support members of the Total Rewards team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a related field. Prior experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar capacity is highly desirable.
